Auburn hospital files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection
Auburn Memorial Hospital in the Finger Lakes region has decided to file for bankruptcy to escape $20 million of debt. According to the State Health Department, the bankruptcy should not affect plans to downsize the hospital according to Berger Commission recommendations.
