Hospitals hold fast to merger plan
Despite pending lawsuits against the state for the Berger commission's recommendations, two hospitals in Schenectady are moving ahead with consolidation efforts. Officials at St. Clare's and Ellis Hospitals say that the negotiations are going very well.
