The Greater New York Hospital Association and health care workers union 1199 SEIU is continuing talks on their television ad campaign to argue against the budget cuts proposed by Governor Spitzer. As they did with Governor Pataki's proposal last year, they hope to convince both state politicians and voters that any cuts to an already struggling health care system would be devastating.
